Parameters Zone
On the addition of further parameters:
When there is insufficient space for all requires parameters to be shown in one column the dialog will expand vertically to include a further column under the review area.
This expansion shall:
- Insert itself between the review area and the universal controls zone
- Appear within the highlight-coloured presets zone border

In screen resolutions greater than 1200 pixels wide
- An additional column may be added if required. This shall only happen once the dialog has expanded to it's vertical limits.
