Labels
Menu and Toolbar items should be in Title Case.

Technical terms and jargon should be avoided.
Do not use multiple terms for the same concept. (see 'email' discussion item)

discuss creating a vocabulary to determine which form of a word is acceptable to use, eg: email, e-mail or Email
discuss the use of words which have similar meanings but are used interchangably and in similar contexts, eg: Abort and Cancel
