Tables:

  • left/right/up/down
  • pos1 > column start
  • end > column end
  • pos1+shift > mark from current to column start
  • end+shift > mark from current to column end

Trees:

  • up/down moves up/down in visible structure
  • arrow right/left opens/closes branch
  • return opens/closes branch without losing focus in windows
  • blank selects/deselects item

Lists:

  • If multiple selection: Space selects/deselects
  • Ctrl-A/Shift-A selects/deselects all if focus
  • Extended selection: current behavior not logical!

Tabbed Panes:

  • Once tab got the focus, arrow left and right move between tabs.
  • Do not move input focus after changing tab via left or right arrow keys.

Special rule for tabbed Windows:

  • Alt-1-0 move to tab at this position. Numbering may reverse in other languages.
  • Ctrl-,. moves one position left right. (?)
